In providing a web presence that assembles the resources necessary for developers to build innovative applications, NAVTEQ aims to help accelerate the successful creation of location based content for wireless and internet channels.
By offering developers access to an extensive assortment of valuable tools and data, the NAVTEQ Network for Developers site is designed to support growth in the next generation of location based services. Autodesk empowers application developers to build and deploy location based wireless services using Autodesk LocationLogic platform, application programming interfaces (APIs).
By NAVTEQ's collaboration with deCarta, NAVTEQ's Network for Developers site provides a direct link for users to the deCarta DevZone that offers powerful, scalable Drill Down Server software platform, tools, community and experienced knowledge base to help developers develop and prototype leading-edge location-enabled applications. Through advanced web services and JavaScript APIs, developers can integrate maps, driving directions, geocoding, multi-point routing, proximity search and other location technology into their Internet, mobile, personal navigation and backend enterprise applications.
