MS GIS and Remote Sensing is an inter-disciplinary program that will offer state-of-the-art technology to the Geographers, Scientists, Engineers, Planners, Economists and other professionals. The MS Program will help improve the spatial data awareness and also achieve excellence in research and development in this multi-disciplinary field. The program has designed by renowned academicians in Pakistan. It is a research based 39 credits program offered after 16 years of education in Geography and allied disciplines.
In first session of MS 48 students have been short listed out of more than 80 candidates from various professional fields. This program has started as a regular evening program of University of Karachi.

I'm worked in governmental institution in a University Lectures in two years with BSc degree in Natural Resource Management. I want to upgrade my educational backgroud through RS and GIS field of study.Besides I'm very intrested the course RS and GIS and this course is highly related to my proffession in Natural Resource Manag menet.So can you allows/give the chance for me with free scholar ship position for MSc programes in the year (spetember 2009-2011).
