Ambercore, provider of high performance spatial software and services for Energy and Mining industries, announces significant enhancements to its Spatial Data Sharing and Integration software.
Ambercore's spatial data sharing application is designed for organizations that have extensive 2D and 3D spatial data in a variety of formats, and in distributed locations. Ambercore brings this data together allowing elegant multi-user access to large volumes of potentially distributed data. It provides seamless integration with existing information types including: Drill hole, Seismic, Geological, Geophysical, Surface, LiDAR, Image and Infrastructure data. Common data formats such as ESRI, MapInfo, AutoCad, SegY, LAS, USGS, GeoTiff, and many others are supported. As are standard existing databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
"Allowing the best use of our client's investment in spatial data makes sense," said Martin Sendyk, President and CEO of AmberCore. "Ambercore has the ability to handle even extremely large spatial data. Bringing it all together into a single application means improved company-wide knowledge management and decision making."
