GeomorphIS has been awarded a “Multi-mission studies and projects” GIS services contract by the US Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District.
The Architect-Engineer (A-E) ID/IQ contract provides services for civil works, military, regulatory, and real estate projects. The award is for one base year and four option years with a contract limit of USD 1million per year. The focus is on the application of GIS technologies for analysis of physical features and natural resources, and includes activities such as database creation and management, wildlife habitat evaluation, GPS data collection, cartographic production, digital data creation, and quality assurance. The contract supports work throughout the south western United States.
