Join the International conference on SPATIAL ECOLOGY & CONSERVATION (SEC2) happening on 17 to 20 June 2014. The conference committee is now calling for abstracts for oral
presentations, posters and training events within the core conference themes. The proceedings will be published in the international journal Ecological Informatics.
Abstracts for oral presentations or posters must be submitted by Friday 21st February. Full submission details can been viewed here. Abstracts should fall broadly within our 6 conference themes:
1. Advances in mapping and analysing terrestrial and marine systems
2. Understanding species’ distributions
3. Training and professional development
4. Realising the full potential of remotely sensed data for conservation
5. Decision support tools for conservation
6. Selecting and designating Marine Protected Areas (MPAs)
